Sam and his team levelled my floor: replaced 40 stumps from 1912 and 1957… up to 10cm bad sloping floors, and inexplicable cracking of concrete footings… plus house dropped onto brick facia which was dangerous and poor maintenance.

Galvanised adjustable steel went in every day for a week. The concrete Pours were easy.


Site clean up was excellent and my old stumps are now garden edges.


And my floors seem level to me 😀
